NDIS Ready

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NDIS Ready ("the Service"), operated by NDIS Ready Pty Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Service Description

NDIS Ready is a software platform that provides:

•Guidance through the NDIS provider registration process
•Policy and procedure document generation
•Compliance register templates and management tools
•Self-assessment checklists and audit preparation resources
•Educational content about NDIS requirements

Important: Our Service provides tools and information to assist with NDIS registration, but we do not guarantee registration approval. The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission makes all registration decisions independently.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

One Account Per Organisation

Each organisation should maintain one account. Sharing accounts between unrelated organisations is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pricing Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment Terms

•Payments are processed securely via Stripe
•Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
•You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available for renewal charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

✗Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
✗Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
✗Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
✗Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
✗Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
✗Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
✗Submit false information to generate fraudulent documents

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated Documents

Policies and documents generated through our Service are licensed for your use in your NDIS provider business. You may not resell or redistribute generated documents as templates.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that:

•The Service will meet your specific requirements
•The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
•Documents generated will guarantee NDIS registration approval
•Information provided is a substitute for professional legal or compliance advice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any decisions made by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission regarding your registration application.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account through your settings, or by contacting support.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before termination. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
